de la r\u00f3tula, suele ocurrir en la (pre)adolescencia [1], en ocasiones desencadenada por un traumatismo o mal gesto practicando deporte. Existen adem\u00e1s factores predisponentes, que pueden facilitar su aparici\u00f3n o recurrencia, como son la hiperlaxitud, las \u201cpiernas en X\u201d, o deformidades anat\u00f3micas de la rodilla.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Ante un <strong>primer episodio de luxaci\u00f3n rotuliana<\/strong>, el tratamiento consiste en inmovilizar la rodilla en extensi\u00f3n, y posteriormente realizar una correcta rehabilitaci\u00f3n para fortalecer el cu\u00e1driceps.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc67582 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"fc67582\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<img class=\"e-image-base e-3cf6868-125c168\" \n\t\t\t\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"3cf6868\" \n\t\t \n\t\t data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"3cf6868\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tid=\"112\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/traumatologiapediatrica.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/traumatologiapediatrica-inestabilidad-rotula-ortesis-rodilla.jpg\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth=\"229\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\theight=\"231\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsrcset=\"https:\/\/traumatologiapediatrica.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/traumatologiapediatrica-inestabilidad-rotula-ortesis-rodilla.jpg 229w, https:\/\/traumatologiapediatrica.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/traumatologiapediatrica-inestabilidad-rotula-ortesis-rodilla-150x150.jpg 150w\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbd9314 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"dbd9314\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d7f684 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d7f684\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A partir del <strong>segundo episodio de luxaci\u00f3n de r\u00f3tula<\/strong>, aconsejamos valorar el tratamiento quir\u00fargico por varios motivos:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Alto riesgo de recidiva del 50%.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Hasta el 80% de pacientes con luxaci\u00f3n recidivante, tienen lesiones asociadas, como alteraciones meniscales, contusiones \u00f3seas, osteocondritis disecante o fractura con cuerpo libre intraarticular.\u00a0<\/li><li>Muchos j\u00f3venes refieren dolor en la regi\u00f3n anterior de la rodilla, llegando a ser incapacitante para la pr\u00e1ctica de actividad f\u00edsica.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>Para determinar el tratamiento quir\u00fargico m\u00e1s oportuno, la resonancia magn\u00e9tica es la prueba m\u00e1s especifica. Esta permite estudiar el estado de la r\u00f3tula y los ligamentos, as\u00ed como la presencia de lesiones articulares asociadas.\u00a0<\/p><p>Existen diferentes t\u00e9cnicas quir\u00fargicas indicadas en el tratamiento de la inestabilidad rotuliana.\u00a0 La planificaci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica es compleja, e individualizada en cada caso, por lo que es importante que su hijo\/a est\u00e9 en las manos m\u00e1s experimentadas posibles, sobre todo habituadas a tratar pacientes en edad pedi\u00e1trica.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
